CONTEST RULES
ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary. This contest is organized by Mr. Submarine and is open to all legal residents of Illinois, over the age of 18. Employees of Mr. Submarine and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.
TO ENTER
To enter, the entrant must: 1. Spot the Mr. Submarine employees wearing the red Mr. Submarine snapback trucker hat within the concert grounds. 2. Take a picture with them and tag “@mrsubchicago” in a post on Facebook. 3. Complete the contest entry form and arrange to pick up the prize. The contest begins on August 1st, 2014 at 12 p.m. CST and ends on August 3rd, 2014 at 11 p.m. EST. One entry per entrant and their friends in attendance for the entire contest period. One winner per household. By entering you agree that you have read and understood these Contest Rules.
WINNER SELECTION
Employees of Mr. Submarine will judge the contest. All decisions of the judges are final.
PRIZES
Winners will receive their choice of a SUB TRAY or 3 FOOT SUB, with a maximum value of less than $50. The prize may not be exchanged, substituted or transferred and must be accepted as awarded or forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Prize must be claimed within 30 days of the contest entry.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified within 10 days after the event. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification.
PUBLICITY
The contestant’s name may be publicly available on Mr. Submarine’s website at mrsubchicago.com, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for the duration of the contest. By participating in the contest, you agree to the publication of your name and photo, should you be selected as a winner. The contestant must sign a form acknowledging participation in the contest and receipt of the prize (if it is awarded) and releasing Mr. Submarine from any and all liability arising from participation in the contest or from the acceptance of any prize.
PRIVACY
Information collected from contest entry form such as your name, age, email address, address, and phone number will be used solely by Mr. Submarine for the purposes of contacting the winners.

By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Lollapalooza or Facebook and release Lollapalooza and Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to Mr. Submarine and not to Lollapalooza or Facebook, and will be used to notify you if you have won.
CONDUCT
All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Mr. Submarine in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Mr. Submarine is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to inclement weather, event cancellation, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Mr. Submarine may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release Mr. Submarine from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
